Food Allergies Stir A Mother To Action

I ran across this article regarding food allergies in children. Robyn O'Brien has done some really great things for food allergy awareness.

There is a link in the article to her web site which has her trademark green stop sign wth an exclamation point on the items sold the site.

I find this article very interesting because I have similar beliefs regarding my son. He does not consume wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, green peas, or oats. He has always been extremely healthy. He has NEVER had an ear infection in 4 1/2 years of life and has gotten a few minor colds here and there. I think he is partially so healthy due to his diet. He does eat sugar but, for the most part, he eats a lot of lean meats, fruits, and veggies. In addition, his "junk" food is not really unhealthy - it is made from rice flours, potato starch, tapioca starch, etc.
